Carrefour’s priorities

We are an omnichannel grocery retail chain. Every day, we do our best to offer our clients a large choice of products, different shopping options, and top quality services. Thus, we build and develop stores in various formats and both care about customers who prefer traditional stores as well as those who favor shopping online.

While implementing our strategy in Poland, we focus constantly on five key areas:

Quality

Carrefour Poland offers a large assortment of healthy products , educates its clients about healthy nutrition and supports the biggest racing events organized in Poland. The company is also the Main Sponsor of the Tour de Pologne.

Proximity

Proximity

This is not a matter of how many Carrefour stores operate in Poland and where they are located, but it is rather a question of customer service quality, i.e. close relationships of our employees with clients. Our first cooking book “For the love of Taste” is a great source of knowledge about closeness and traditions of eating together.
