The development of Carrefour e-grocery is a response to the changing expectations and needs of our clients. The carrefour.pl e-grocery store offers over 20 000 products, including fresh, local and ecological products. The online shopping delivery service is currently available to residents of Warsaw, Kraków, Olsztyn, Katowice, Sosnowiec, Chorzów, Czeladź, Siemianowice Śląskie, Bytom, Mysłowice.
In addition, Carrefour offers the possibility of collection of online purchases in all hyper- and supermarkets of the chain in Poland as well as courier delivery of products that do not require refrigeration available throughout the country and orders via Allegro.
A novelty, already available in several cities, is the Carrefour Sprint quick delivery service.
Click&collect
Carrefour offers the possibility to pick up products, ordered in the carrefour.pl e-shop, in its all hyper- and supermarkets, i.e. over 200 points throughout the country. The online order is completed by an employee of the selected store, for which the customer does not incur an additional fee.
Carrefour Sprint
Carrefour Sprint is a new way of fast deliveries of purchases ordered in the e-shop carrefour.pl and the next stage in the development of Carrefour e-grocery services. As part of Carrefour Sprint, customers receive groceries within up to 3 hours from placing the order.
Carrefour Sprint debuted in the fall of 2020 in Warsaw. The range of the service is systematically expanding and now quick deliveries are made in several cities.
Carrefour Sprint availability for the selected address can be checked after logging in to the carrefour.pl store and entering the postal code.
My Carrefour app
The main function of the My Carrefour mobile application is the very popular loyalty program, thanks to which users can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on purchases in Carrefour hypermarkets and supermarkets. They can also transfer plastic loyalty cards (Family card or Senior card) to the application and use its benefits comfortably. The application has a number of functionalities that facilitate shopping, including personalized discount coupons, Scan & Go, price reader, geolocation with a map of Carrefour stores, current promotional leaflets.
Scan&Go
The service is available in the My Carrefour application and allows its users to scan products using phones and make payments - either mobile, by card or in cash. The Scan&Go service was launched in 2017, and Carrefour was the first retail chain in Poland to launch it on such a large scale. Scan&Go is available in over 150 hyper- and supermarkets as well as several Carrefour franchise and affiliate stores.
