"Quality from Nature" beef - Carrefour is expanding the offer of sustainable food in its stores

Carrefour Polska is developing an offer of food produced in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture. Beef has just hit stores under the Jakość z Natury brand, available exclusively in this chain. This range is distinguished by its unique taste and full traceability "from farm to fork", production with respect for the natural environment and long-term partnership with suppliers.

The supplier of the new product - Quality of Nature beef, is Zakłady Mięsne Zakrzewscy, and the meat comes from the farm of the Świderski family from the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. It is in these areas that 100% Limousine cows are bred, from which beef is obtained. The new products will be available in most hypermarkets and selected Carrefour supermarkets. Customers will have 25 beef products at their disposal. These products are farmed without antibiotics, fed with GMO- and soy-free feed, and are 100% Polish in origin.

Products with the Quality from Nature logo are the result of over 25 years of cooperation between Carrefour Polska and local suppliers. It is based on mutual trust and adapting Carrefour's requirements to the capabilities and needs of partners, thanks to which they can successfully develop their production and maintain stable business conditions in the long term. At each stage, both the product production process, as well as the soil, water and feed are subject to strict control. Hence the highest quality of the offer that reaches customers. Respect for the natural environment and animal welfare is also an important element of the brand's DNA. Currently, the Carrefour Quality of Nature product range includes 40 lines and 160 products from nearly 70 producers.
